Life has a way of surprising us with unexpected challenges, and my partner and I experienced this firsthand during the difficult days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Like many others, we suddenly found ourselves laid off , leaving us with newfound free time and a desire for something more meaningful.
During this period of uncertainty, we stumbled upon an ad for the Glowforge laser engraving machine. The spark of curiosity was impossible to ignore. With a mix of hesitation and hope, we decided to take a leap of faith and purchase the Glowforge, opening the door to a world of creativity and craftsmanship.
As we explored new possibilities, market research revealed a demand for Valentine's Day tags. Inspired by this opportunity, we infused our unique touch into our designs and made our first sale. It felt like a small victory, but it was a defining moment that encouraged us to keep pushing boundaries, adding more products, and pouring our hearts into each creation.
